The person behind WensleyHome.

I've spent more than five years working in and continuously learning about home fitness coaching. What keeps me interested is how much people can do with a little floor space and a clear plan.

I enjoy approachable physical activity: movement that feels welcoming rather than intimidating. My coaching is practical and client-focused, built around what you can realistically do this week.

I believe effective movement doesn't require an expensive gym membership. It requires a routine that suits your life, and someone to help you adjust it as you go.
